What a great two days of driving MG’s! We left from various places and had an
initial group departure from Bellville.
From there we traveled to Roundtop where we enjoyed lunch at some of the
great eateries available there. The group
of 7 MG’s and a Triumph plus 2 or 3 other vehicles, continued on to Bastrop where we checked
into the Holiday Inn Express. A group
dinner at Nancy’s
Steakhouse again pleased our palates.
After breakfast on Sunday morning, we headed back south on wonderful MG
roads where a rest stop in Fayetteville
around their historic town square.
Prior to completion of our 275 mile tour we dined again in Bellville at
a Mexican restaurant.
Kudos to John and Cindy Blum for designing an excellent MG
adventure. You shoulda been there!
