On Saturday, May 17, join us for a liesurely MG tour in the country around Brenham, Texas. Terry and Linda Myers have organized an exciting drive with lots of interesting stops, including a winery and the Blue Bell Ice Cream Plant. The area is an MG lover's dream for driving on winding roads through beautiful countryside. It will be an all-day event and trailer parking will be available at the start.
The official starting place for this event is St. Stanislaus Catholic Church at 9175 FM 1371 in Chappell Hill. You can get there on your own, or you can caravan with a group that will gather at Cy Fair High School in NW Houston. The school is at 22602 Hempstead Hwy. in Cypress. Take the Telge exit off Highway 290 and the school is on the right a few blocks past Telge on the service road. Dwight Dawson will lead from there and his cell phone is 832.366.7971. Gather at the high school at 9:00 am. We will roll out promptly at 9:10 am. The group leaves from Chappell Hill at 10:00 am.
