On a day like today, an MG must be driven.

We had to think a bit but found an urgent need that could only be handled in the 73 B.

To create a proper marinade for the beef tonight, we have to have the right soy sauce….Tamari.  The Kroger on West Rd. and 8 filled the need.  The ride was perfect and we wondered why we didn’t see other  M.G.s.

What creative reason did you find to exercise your British auto today?

Today I raced my MG Midget racecar (aka “The Gnat”) for the first time in 4 years. It was a perfect day for vintage motor racing!

No LBC driving for me today. Did do a little work on my AC control… Good news is my heater valve servo (Vintage Air AC system) is working now. Bad news is I didn’t do anything except move some wires around behind my dash to trace them and unplug/’re-plug the connector at the servo to compare to the diagram… Seems like I have a short or bad connection somewhere. Got dark before I could figure out where so that”ll have to wait for next weekend.

Oh, and the seals to refurbish a SnugTop came in the mail too, so hopefully I’ll be able to start that project next weekend.

I really, really, really wanted to drive my Midget around yesterday. But it seems we have lost our brake lights yet again. 😦 😦 😦

Ran several errands myself today. Just got back in from one and it’s getting
a little chilly now. Great day for a ride with the top down.’
