Event Organizing Tools

The material on this page are to assist our event organizers in the planning and hosting of a club event.

Event Sign In Sheet:  For each Houston MG Car Club sponsored event the organizer should have a sign up sheet available.  This form will be used for keeping track of attendance and tabulating the awards program.  The organizer is responsible for submitting the sheet to the Events Chairman immediately following the completion of the event.  It can be emailed to HoustonMGCarClub@gmail.com.
