We are deeply indebted to Nick and Julie Roccaforte, our Austin members, for organizing this event for us. Here is Nick's description of Saturday's agenda:

Hi Mike

Good news! I have secured permission to tour the Vehicles Unique show room in Georgetown for Saturday afternoon September 29^th.This is Nyle Maxwell’s showroom. You can get a preview of what we will see by going to VehiclesUnique.org. The last time I was there last year I counted 34 cars. He has Dodge Vipers/Chargers, Chevy/Corvettes, Pontiac GTO , Austin Healey, Jaguar, Packard Thunderbird, etc. This is a private collection and we will be the only ones invited that day for the tour. Depending upon how many can attend from Houston I may invite a few members from the Austin club.

Nick carries on to say :

You guys have lunch on the road somewhere and then meet me at the parking lot of Louie Mueller’s in Taylor around 1:30pm and then I will lead the group to Vehicles Unique for a tour between 2- 3:00pm. After the tour you all can go to the hotel, check in, etc. Then I will take you all for a 6pm wine tasting and music at Grape Creek in Georgetown and then dinner afterwards on the square at Gumbo’s restaurant. I will need to make reservations at least a week in advance if we go to Gumbo’s.

Then on Sunday we will attend the largest Britishcar show in the State. Details of this event and the hotel can be found at:
