UPDATE: It looks like summer will be returning this weekend and it will be HOT. Please plan accordingly with lots of water, hats and anything else to help you stay comfortable.
On Saturday, September 14th, we will be making a run to Shiner, TX to enjoy good food, friendly company, country roads and a bit of the local brew.
Those of us coming from Houston will gather at the Katy Buc-ees and depart at 9:00am, following an enjoyable route along country roads. Once arriving in Shiner, we will meet up with our friends from Austin at the Shiner Brewery for a tour and a bit of tasting. We will then head off for a good meal at the K. Spoetzl BBQ, the new restaurant onsite at the brewery.
The brewery tour is $25.00, payable onsite, and includes 3 beers plus some shiner swag.
